Here are some recent testimonials about working with Robin:

I've had the pleasure of working with Robin for several years by engaging her as a subject matter expert for team learning (on the intersection of fear of conflict and DEI) and as a team retreat facilitator for my company (multiple times). Robin brings genuine care, deep insights, and sharp perceptions to these convenings that make them lively, interesting and meaningful. She is a master of handling social dynamic conflicts with grace and steering group conversations to maximize inclusive participation and results. I very much enjoy collaborating with her and trust her 100% in guiding my team into challenging topics that require attention.

Robin is such a thoughtful and authentic organizational development and coaching professional. She knows the powerful questions to ask to get to the heart of an issue. Her knack for “reading the room” during facilitation is a true gift to the organizations that she supports. Any company looking for a boost to their culture work would be lucky to engage Robin.
