Robin Funsten Coaching and Consulting (RF C&C) was launched in 2015 with the goal of discovering satisfying lives through mutual understanding.
RF C&C Youth Advocacy Mission:
Advocating for Equity and Accountability in Communities by Supporting Youth and Families.
Robin spent over half of her career working in the fields of Restorative Justice, Wilderness Therapy and Youth Mediation. Having the up-close view of what youth of our time go through in the areas of hardship and conflict, she remains committed to serving youth communities throughout her entire career.
While Robin's main clients are now Larger Companies, Non Profits and adult Training Participants, Robin gives 20% of her company's net income from those ventures to fund youth advocacy projects or racial justice initiatives.
Diana uses her past experience to help drive the Youth Advocacy Mission for RF C&C. She strongly believes that in order for all to thrive, we have to find "upstream" solutions to the problems our communities face through striving for sustainable and equitable change.

Diana has been working in the field of youth advocacy and empowerment for over 10 years. She holds a Bachelors degree from UNC-Asheville and an MSPH from UNC-Charlotte.
Diana is passionate about the power of youth to transform communities to achieve equity. She has worked directly alongside youth to advocate for policy, systems, and environmental changes, and has worked locally and nationally as a trainer and consultant to organizations that hope to more effectively work with youth. Diana resides on several local committees and boards because, as an Asheville native, she wants to see this city, and its residents, thrive.
